The 115th Meeting of the Council of ministers of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC)
Chaired by his excellency the minister of oil, Mr. Tareq suleiman Al- Roum and with participation of their Highnesses and excellencies the council of ministries of the organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) held its 115th meeting on Sunday, 14 December 2025 in the state of Kuwait.
Key points from the opening address of his excellency the minister of oil:
His excellency minister of oil tareq suleiman Al – Roumi stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation among member states in support of the project to develop and restructure the organization.
His Excellency Al – Roumi praised the progress achieved in the development project, the support of the member states, and the efforts exerted by the general secretariat in implementing the project’s requirements in coordination with the relevant bodies.
