The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced that Libya’s oil production has reached its highest level since 2013, with total daily output of crude oil and condensates rising to 1,487,723 barrels per day (bpd), bringing the country closer to its target of 1.5 million barrels per day.
According to the NOC, crude oil production reached 1,438,560 barrels per day on Sunday morning, while condensate output stood at 49,163 barrels per day, bringing total production to nearly 1.49 million barrels per day.
The announcement was made during a meeting held at the NOC headquarters in Tripoli, chaired by NOC Chairman Massoud Sulaiman and attended by board members, heads of boards and management committees of operating and affiliated oil companies, as well as directors of relevant departments
