Qatargas, the world’s largest LNG producer, signed a a letter of intent of cooperation with Bulgarian gas distribution company Bulgargaz.

This was signed as part of a visit of Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov to Qatar, according to a statement by the government of Bulgaria issued on Sunday.

During a meeting held yesterday in Doha, Qatar’s Prime Minster Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani , “declared the country’s interest in cooperating with Bulgaria in the field of transport, agriculture and energy,” the statement said.
