Egyptian oil companies won new contracts outside Egypt

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tariq al-Mulla confirmed that Egyptian oil companies won new contracts outside Egypt. He added that investments from the Egyptian companies in foreign projects will contribute to the added value of the national economy.

According to a report from Alaa Hijazi, President of ENPI, the company won a global tender of more than half a billion dollars for the implementation of the petroleum project in Saudi Arabia to process crude oil to increase production rates.

ENPPI’s scope of work includes basic and detailed designs, procurement of tasks, implementation work, pre-operation and operational support. With ENPPI winning the project, the total volume of its operations in the implementation of oil projects in Saudi Arabia will reach more than $ 1.25 billion.

This project represents a new qualitative shift for ENPPI in terms of volume and technical techniques to be implemented by the project.
